Job description

We are seeking a Data Project Manager to join our young and fresh data team. This role is a blend of product management, project management, and Scrum Master responsibilities, specifically focused on data processes. You will be the key contact for stakeholders, coordinating with the data team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and managing the overall data roadmap.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for data-related requests, ensuring that stakeholder needs are understood and addressed.

  • Support the team through discovery phases for new projects, assessing requirements, gathering detailed information, and evaluating the feasibility and impact of requests.

  • Work closely with stakeholders and the data team to refine and prioritize project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage the development process (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)

  • Support the team in fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. This involves promoting best practices in data utilization, ensuring teams understand the value of data, and helping departments integrate data into their daily operations for better decision-making and performance improvement.

Job requirements

  • Strong understanding of modern data stacks and data lifecycle management including but not limited to data analytics, data engineering, data warehousing.

  • 3+ years of experience working closely with the data team.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the data team, developers, and other stakeholders.

Salary Ranges: 

- Berlin 67,000 Euros/yearly gross - 82,000 Euros/yearly gross. 

- Kaunas, Vilnius 48,000 Euros/yearly gross - 59,000 Euros/yearly gross. 
The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
