ERP Implementation Specialist (Fixed-term Contract)

• Lead the translation of business requirements into scalable ERP system solutions by designing and optimizing workflows and business processes.

• Take ownership of the ERP system implementation, including data models and financial structures, while managing functional design documentation and system integrations (specifically but not limited to Salesforce, Deel, and Payhawk).

• Drive data quality initiatives by identifying gaps in transactional and master data, and implementing corrective strategies to ensure data integrity.

• Provide hands-on support to Finance stakeholders during the implementation phase, including user documentation and change management.

• Configure and localize the ERP system to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements specific to the region.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or similar.

• Solid experience (5+ years) with cloud ERP system NetSuite implementation. Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite <> Salesforce integration is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with project management frameworks, data governance, and process automation principles and best practices.

• Strong understanding of finance business processes and requirements, including major areas of accounting (GL/AP/AR), fixed assets, inventory, consolidation, period close processes, and financial reporting.

This is a fixed-term (6-9 months) position.
