Job description

As the Marketing Campaigns Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience in the solar industry. You will leverage ABM strategies to engage key accounts and foster relationships that drive growth and success. 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with business goals, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the solar sector.
  • Develop and execute ABM initiatives to identify, target, and engage high-value accounts, tailoring messaging and tactics to meet their specific needs.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, events, and digital advertising, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to create compelling marketing collateral and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven results.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes while maximizing ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape, informing campaign strategy and execution.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in the B2B tech or renewable energy industry, with a strong focus on ABM.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Fluency or bilingual level of English. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry and a commitment to sustainability is a plus.

Salary Range: Starting from 50,000 Euros/year gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
