Motion Designer

We're looking for a visionary Brand/Motion Designer to join our team and bring the PVcase brand to life. In this role, you will bridge the gap between static brand identity and dynamic storytelling. You won't just be animating; you will be designing compelling visuals for brand awareness campaigns that effectively communicate PVcase’s messaging across digital platforms.

We are seeking a creator who excels in high-impact motion graphics and has a strong interest in Product Design and UI to help translate our software interface into powerful product key visuals. As part of our forward-thinking team, you will also play a key role in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance creative workflows and efficiency.

• Campaign Visuals & Awareness: Design compelling static and animated visuals for brand awareness campaigns that effectively communicate PVcase messaging. You will create assets for social media, digital ads, website, and video platforms that drive engagement and support global marketing initiatives.

• Storytelling & Timing: Bring a strong sense of visual storytelling and animation timing to produce emotionally resonant and on-brand animated content. You will be responsible for turning scripts and concepts into fluid narratives.

• Product-Marketing Synergy: Display a strong interest in product design and UI to create powerful product key visuals and storyboards for marketing materials. You will work to make our software look accessible and sleek in marketing communications.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with PVcase brand guidelines while adapting assets to different channels, formats, and target markets, ensuring a unified look and feel globally.

• Systems & Efficiency: Create reusable templates and visual systems that enhance efficiency and maintain a cohesive design language across campaigns.

• AI Integration: Continue our commitment to innovation by using AI tools to assist in storyboarding, asset generation, or workflow automation, and share these learnings with the team.

• Iterative Design: Proactively seek and incorporate feedback to iterate on designs, improving clarity, performance, and creative direction over time.

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a hybrid design role (Brand + Motion), with a portfolio showing strong campaign work and motion graphics.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma to produce high-quality, platform-optimized assets with strong visual impact.

• Design Fundamentals: Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. You understand that good motion starts with good design.

• Market Curiosity: Stay curious about trends in motion design, branding, and digital marketing to bring fresh, relevant ideas into campaign visuals.

• AI Fluency: Demonstrated understanding of AI’s capabilities in graphic and motion design workflows, with a willingness to experiment with new tools.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams.

• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
