Job description
We are looking for an experienced Director of Product - Platform to play a key role in creating and leading our greenfield platform group. PVcase is in a significant period of growth, and our platform teams will play a critical part in this. Our future platform will offer a comprehensive suite of tools and dashboards to help some of the world's largest renewable energy companies, manage and collaborate the creation and deployment of solar assets as well as serve as the foundation for internal teams to build on top of.
We are scaling rapidly and are looking for leaders that have a proven track record of working for scaling start-ups within the B2B SaaS sector. It is critical that you have prior experience with launching and scaling SaaS platforms.
- Build a deep strategic understanding of our market and customer needs. You will be an internal and external evangelist for all things platform.
- Take the lead role in the creation and deployment of our platform strategy.
- Translate company goals into team goals and a tangible roadmap, fostering clarity and alignment across all teams.
- Set clear priorities, allowing the teams to allocate resources effectively to maximize product line and company results.
- Actively support product teams to implement new skills and product best practices (framework and methodology application).
- Guide teams in best practices for discovery and helping them build a deep understanding of key customer / user outcomes.
- Recruit and develop a team of world class Product Managers.
- Act as a coach to your team, to ensure they are continuously striving towards growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership peers to ensure priorities are aligned across all key product lines that might interact with our product platform.
- Lead the platform product line on a day-to-day basis and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company as well as with some of our largest customers.
Job requirements
- Experience in product leadership at a B2B SaaS software company with a strong portfolio showcasing successful new product launches.
- Experience in managing a team of 4+ individual contributors.
- Ability to think and operate at a “strategic level,” but drive execution on a “tactical level” with the willingness to roll-up sleeves.
- Deep understanding of product management methodology and user experience.
- Familiarity with platform work and M&A.
- History of building and coaching high-performing teams who are motivated to grow and think bigger as a result of your leadership.
- Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics.
- Strong awareness of technology trends and potential influence on the current and future business.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with pragmatic decision-making.

Salary Range: Starting from 120,000 Euros/year gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
