Job description
PVcase is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. The role will play a vital role in our efforts to expand the value of our B2B SaaS product. The ideal candidate will blend customer-centricity, stakeholder management, engineering, and design skills to meet our business goals. The Product Manager will drive the expansion of our product capabilities, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that reduces reliance on fragmented software, enhances customer retention, and accelerates revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute a product strategy for the respective domain
Own and drive business metrics and product analytics
Proactively set measurable product outcomes connected to the business strategy
Validate customer problems through qualitative and quantitative research
Continuously engage with users to discover and validate new opportunities that align with product goals
Manage and communicate the roadmap to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to align on areas of opportunity
Work closely with the Product Development team to deliver product improvements
Job requirements
- 4+ years working as a Product Manager
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on delivering outcomes
- Experience managing complex, web-based SaaS products that serve the needs of both customers and the business
- Passion for developing customer empathy, problem solving, and learning
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Eperience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience in bringing new products to market
- Comfort in driving strategy discussions with both non-technical and technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills and prioritization skills to identify and communicate what should be worked on and why
- Bias towards working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Experience with B2B SaaS desktop web applications

Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 gross yearly. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
