Job description
- Collaborate with sales and customer success leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gainsight, Hubspot, Atrium and Tableau to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Assist in the design and optimization of sales processes, workflows, and systems.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement on providing training and support to sales and customer success teams on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Conduct research and analysis and serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, customer success and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in projects.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against targets and KPIs.
- Solve internal requests related to CS, Sales & Marketing tech stack through the ticketing tool.
- Collaborate with CS, Sales, and Marketing teams, enabling them to maximize results.
- Detect early signals of at-risk renewals, help design playbooks for Sales Reps & CSMs to address them, and provide a path to escalation.
Job requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops or a similar role, with a strong understanding of CS & Sales processes, methodologies, and metrics.
- Power User and Ideally Admin capacity on Gainsight.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with USA-based teams and willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule to cover USA business hours at least 30% of the time.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and revenue automation tools (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, Chili Piper) is a plus.

Salary Range: Starting from 40,000 Euros/year gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
