Job description

We’re looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to drive pipeline growth, optimise processes, and develop a high-performing SDR team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and scaling our team to consistently exceed targets. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a best in class outbound strategy that fuels revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and scale a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to exceed pipeline and meeting targets.

  • Coach and develop SDRs through regular training, call reviews, and 1:1 mentoring to enhance performance and career growth.

  • Optimise lead qualification by ensuring high-level execution and delivering well qualified opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine messaging, improve lead conversion, and drive sales acceleration.

  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise outreach effectiveness, and continuously refine sales strategies.

  • Ensure CRM and sales tool hygiene, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.

  • Own hiring and talent development, building a team of top-tier SDRs, and creating a strong culture of accountability and success.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth sales environment.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale SDR teams, consistently achieving or exceeding pipeline targets

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, etc.)

  • Track record of building high-performing outbound programs across different markets and geographies.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.

  • Ability to create and execute new business development strategies, leveraging data-driven insights.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
