Job description

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to lead our product organization and drive the continued success of our end-to-end solar project development platform.

This role requires a proven ability to combine strategic leadership with disciplined operational planning, turning product vision into tangible results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, market differentiation, and revenue growth.

  • Lead and mentor the product organization, fostering a culture of operational excellence, execution speed, accountability, and effective collaboration.

  • Translate the product vision and business goals into clear, actionable execution plans and roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and Go-to-Market teams to drive successful product launches, adoption, and revenue growth.

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from research and prioritization to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement by building and optimizing the functional processes that enable efficient delivery.

  • Drive data-informed decision-making across the product function, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of product experience, including at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles within SaaS.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing product departments, demonstrating both strategic vision and disciplined operational execution.

  • Deep expertise in product operations, with a history of building and scaling the operational processes that enable efficient delivery of SaaS solutions. 

  • Hands-on experience collaborating with customers and industry stakeholders to drive customer-centric product development.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders at all levels around strategy and execution.

  • Understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM).

  • A background in the renewable energy sector, with an understanding of the solar market, is a plus.
