Job description
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and support lead-generation efforts. You will create compelling content that resonates with our target audience in the renewable energy industry and fosters community engagement.
Responsibilities
Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and enhances brand visibility in the solar industry.
Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that showcase our products, initiatives, and industry insights.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with our audience to build a strong online community and foster relationships. Work closely with internal stakeholders to craft appropriate responses.
Plan and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives, measuring success and optimizing performance.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategy innovative and relevant.
Ensure all social media communications reflect the company’s brand voice and messaging, maintaining consistency across all channels.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the B2B tech or renewable energy sectors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to various audiences.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Fluency or bilingual level of English. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
Passion for sustainability and renewable energy, with a desire to contribute to the industry’s growth.

Salary Ranges: Starting at 35,000 Euros/yearly gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
