Staff Product Designer

• Lead complex, system-level design initiatives across all product teams; define paradigms and patterns that support scalable, user-centric workflows.

• Operate autonomously and mentor designers regularly; evaluate design candidates and contribute to team capability growth.

• Drive high craft standards with a robust, repeatable design process; demonstrate excellence even with ambiguous inputs.

• Create, evolve, and implement UI/UX designs that enhance the company’s SaaS solutions and ensure global leadership in the solar energy market.

• Analyze user behavior and research data to inform intuitive, user-friendly product experiences; incorporate market trends and innovations into design.

• Lead and oversee major product redesigns; develop and execute a clear product experience vision in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Build, document, and improve UI/UX processes; ensure high-quality execution and continuous process innovation across the organization.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other departments; provide training and share knowledge to elevate design maturity across teams.

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, company values, and ethical practices.

• Contribute to broader company initiatives and perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

• Higher education in architecture, IT, marketing and/or similar field.

• 10+ years experience working with B2B SaaS UI/UX solutions in an international company experience in leading platform-level product design in a complex domain.

• English language proficiency at C1 level (according to CEFR).

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office).

• Ability to apply the best user experience (UX) practices to new products development and improvement of existing ones.

• Understanding of user experience (UI) design principles and ability to apply them in creating intuitive and attractive design.

• Ability to analyze information and make logical decisions.

• Ability to take personal and professional responsibility.

• Ability to solve operational issues independently.

Salary Range: Salary range from 71.500 Euros/year. Salary range is based on years of experience, experience in industry, and relevant skill set.
