Workspace Experience Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Workspace Experience Specialist to champion our company culture and cultivate an exceptional environment for all employees. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing strategies for both our physical and digital workspaces, fostering a strong sense of belonging. You'll oversee office functionality and comfort, collaborate with facilities, and plan engaging internal events.

• Act as an ambassador for company culture, ensuring the physical and digital environment reinforces core values and fosters a sense of belonging.

• Oversee the physical office space, ensuring it's functional, comfortable, and conducive to different work styles.

• Gather employee feedback, analyze insights, and propose improvements to enhance the work environment.

• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the overall workplace experience, aligning it with company culture, values, and business objectives.

• Support internal communication efforts, ensuring clear and engaging messaging across various platforms.

• Work closely with facilities teams to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and optimal functioning of the office infrastructure (lighting, temperature, plumbing, etc.).

• Create rituals and opportunities for employees to interact and build relationships, recognizing the importance of social health.

• Plan and coordinate various activities, internal events, and company-wide gatherings.

• Experience in event management, internal communications or employee engagement projects.

• Experience in office management, including facilities coordination and administrative support.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Creativity and enthusiasm for building an engaging workplace culture.

• A proactive mind.

• Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, and passion for fostering a positive work experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English (written and conversational).

Salary Range:  28,000-36,800 EUR gross/yearly. The final offer will depend on experience and competencies.
